On this March 8th, International Women's Day, PROVA reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and social progress. At PROVA, with a woman as CEO, we believe in a future where every woman can fulfill her potential and contribute fully to our collective success.

We are proud to inform you that we have achieved a score of 91/100 on the professional gender equality index. This index measures pay equality between men and women across 5 indicators, which are used to assign a score out of 100 to the company.

Indicator related to the pay gap:
A slight pay gap is observed in favor of men. The calculation of the indicator shows positive progress in efforts to reduce the gap, with this year's score being 36/40 compared to 35/40 the previous year. Score: 36/40

% of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave:
All employees returning from maternity leave during which raises occurred received an increase. Score: 15/15

Indicator for individual raise rate gap:
A slight gap is observed in favor of women, which compensates for the pay gap. Score: 20/20

Indicator for promotion rate gap:
Women and men are at parity. Score: 15/15
