Any other use is subject to prior consent.   • in all other cases, as long as the client or partner maintains a contractual relationship with any of the PROVA Group companies,
  • in the event of termination of the contract binding the client or partner with any of the PROVA Group companies, or at the end of the requested service, and if there is no other reason to continue processing, ten years from the end of any commercial relationship to comply with current regulations, particularly regarding contractual, accounting, and tax requirements.

We implement various organizational, technical, and IT measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, lost, misappropriated, corrupted, disclosed, transmitted, or communicated to unauthorized persons.
