Manon BerthomierR&D Engineer
I joined PROVA in 2015 on a fixed-term contract at the R&D center, initially as a versatile R&D engineer, then specializing in botanical extraction. Today, I am a Botanical Extraction Project Manager within a team of three. My role involves developing new extracts and flavors in collaboration with the Flavor Creation and Marketing departments: this includes sourcing botanical raw materials and developing laboratory-scale processes to create extracts for flavorists.
It also entails continuously monitoring new processes, emerging trends, and staying attentive to evolving market demands.
