I joined in March 2022 as a CSR Project Manager. My responsibilities primarily involve the design and management of PROVA's sustainable projects, particularly concerning vanilla sourcing. We currently operate two sustainable sourcing programs: the VDB NGO initiative and the new Sustainable Vanilla program.
My role involves developing and managing all actions and projects within these two sustainable programs. The objective is to find common ground between the expectations of our clients, suppliers, growers, and PROVA, while aligning with sustainable development principles. My passion revolves around exotic raw materials and their sustainable sourcing. I aim to further develop my knowledge in this sector and expand the scope of my projects to include other raw materials, specifically cocoa and coffee. For my short/long-term projects, I am considering expatriating (again) to be closer to the field and continue enhancing my skills.
