
This acquisition in the Centre-Val de Loire region is part of a comprehensive plan for investment and international expansion.
The purchase of a factory requiring extensive renovation led to numerous projects. We began redevelopment work in September 2022 (partitions, lighting, air conditioning, and a work environment tailored to our market). Operations at the Montrichard site will commence on September 1, 2023.
In 2023, we will launch the packaging operations for our Gourmet ranges, targeting the Out-of-Home Foodservice (OOH) sector.
Our objective is to build a team in Montrichard comprising existing PROVA employees – bringing their expertise – and future employees to be recruited locally. We anticipate starting with 15 individuals next September.
Internally, the initiative is already underway. It will be announced to external personnel in the coming weeks.
Initially, to commence operations, we will be recruiting: Warehouse Operators (M/F), Packaging Operators (M/F), a Maintenance Technician (M/F), a Quality and Hygiene Laboratory Technician (M/F), a Production Operator (M/F), and a Logistics Manager (M/F).
