PROVA participated in the IFT Food Expo in Chicago from July 10 to 13, 2022.

This exhibition brought together buyers and sellers from across the globe, all specializing in the food industry. Our teams engaged in discussions regarding prevailing global food trends, and our Executive Chef Gary Patterson participated in the 'Cooking Up Science' event! This provided an excellent opportunity to showcase live cooking of original recipes on stage, utilizing our extensive ranges of extracts and flavors. The featured menu included: a caramel-flavored cold brew coffee, presented in a bubble tea style, accompanied by homemade boba (tapioca pearls), alongside Bourbon Vanilla Whoopie Pies from Madagascar.
