
Once again this year, we are proud to inform you that Prova has achieved an excellent score of 99/100 on the Gender Equality Index.
This index measures pay equity between women and men through 4 indicators, allowing the company to be assigned a score out of 100. Following the signing of a collective agreement in favor of workplace equality in 2019, the scores of 99/100 obtained on the index over the past two years are a direct result of PROVA's implemented policies and actions.
