What is your position?
I am currently the Commercial Management Control Manager at PROVA since March 2022.
What are your daily responsibilities?
My responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports on key management indicators related to revenue and margin. I contribute to the analysis and steering of business activities in collaboration with the sales department, marketing department, and general management. On a daily basis, I conduct profitability analysis by product, market, or region, and I participate in budget development and forecasting results. My objective is to enhance management processes within PROVA.
What do you enjoy about your position?
I must say I enjoy all aspects of my current role, but if I had to choose – or rather, rank them – I would undoubtedly highlight the Business Partner role with operational teams, being at the heart of the company's life to observe its evolution and all its projects. These two aspects of my work provide me with the greatest satisfaction.
